We encourage you to try our new loyalty program as it offers great rewards for every purchase. If you decide not to participate, you will not be able to benefit from our rewards program for future purchases.

We offer free shipping over a certain transaction value. This threshold will be the value of the transaction after deducting the redemption of any Rewards. If the transaction is less than the current free shipping threshold of $85 the Member would not be eligible for free shipping or that transaction.

Rewards will not apply to purchases made prior to 12:01AM AEST 16 July 2024 including the Shoe Assignment Bonus Reward made on or after 16 July 2024 for shoe purchases made prior to 16 July 2024.

Kickback rewards will be valid for 60 days. Shoe assignment and birthday bonus will be valid for 30 days.
